 Meet Cecily Cortez

I’m an ICF-accredited leadership coach and consultant with over a decade of experience guiding leaders, teams, and organizations toward clarity, confidence, and courageous action.

Before launching my coaching practice, I spent 10+ years as a school leader and Head of School, where I built and led high-performing teams, designed leadership development programs, and supported communities across 35+ countries. Those experiences taught me what strong leadership really takes: the ability to make clear decisions, build trust, and lead with courage—even in moments of uncertainty.

Today, I partner with leaders across industries—education, nonprofits, finance, and beyond—to help them:

• Clarify their vision and priorities

• Build confidence in their leadership

• Take bold, courageous action that drives results

Whether I’m working 1:1, with a small group, or consulting with an organization, my mission is the same: to empower leaders to stop spinning, start leading with intention, and create the impact they’re meant to make.
